Position Title: Guest Relation Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
- Guide guests about casino facilities, services, and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments for guest service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception/entry area.
- Ensure guest ID verification and compliance with entry protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum +2 or Bachelor running/graduate (any discipline).
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills (English, Nepali; Hindi is a plus).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and customer service orientation.
- Minimum height 5.2″.
