Position: Quality Controller
Location: Godar, Dhanusha (Nos. 1) & Gaurigunj, Jhapa (Nos. 1)
Company Type: FMCG – Food Processing
Position: Full-time
Salary: Competitive and based on experience (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of production – from raw materials to final packaging
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI and internal quality standards for food products
- Â Perform routine sampling, lab testing, and documentation
- Â Monitor storage and handling conditions to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Â Identify deviations and non-conformities and take corrective actions
- Â Maintain and update quality control records and reports
- Â Coordinate with the production team to ensure process consistency and efficiency
- Â Train factory workers on food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
- Â Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality control within FMCG/Food Processing sector
- Â Experience with rice mills, flour mills, beaten rice & puffed rice or similar processing units will be a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of food quality parameters, safety regulations, and inspection protocols
- Â Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO, or FSSC standards
- Â Good observation, reporting, and analytical skills
- Â Proficiency in basic computer operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
