Position: Logistic and Documentation Officer- 1 Location: Mahankal Municipality, Gotikhel, Lalitpur

Reporting to: Field – Project Officer and DMD focal person Head office

Duration: August 2025 to December 2026.

Position Summary:

The Logistics and Documentation Officer will be responsible for providing administrative, logistical, financial, and documentation support to ensure effective implementation of the project. This includes supporting the delivery and tracking of materials, assisting in basic financial verification, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating logistical arrangements for field activities. The position plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficient operation of all project components.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Development Studies, or relevant field.
•  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in documentation, logistics, or administration in development or humanitarian settings.
•  Familiarity with construction, WASH, livelihood, or DRR-related projects preferred.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Deliverables:

• Well-maintained documentation (hard and soft copy) of all project interventions.
• Efficient logistical support is provided for construction, training, and public awareness activities.
• Financial documentation pre-verified and submitted accurately and timely.
•  Updated inventory and distribution tracking for materials delivered under the project.

Work Conditions:

• Willingness to work with diverse communities including women, youth, and marginalized groups.
• Work during off-hours or weekends when necessary to meet farmers’ schedules.
