Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, managing technical documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders to keep projects on track, within budget, and in compliance with standards.

1. Monitor construction site progress and coordinate with site teams for timely progress reporting.
2. Assist in bill preparation, variations, and verification of contractor and sub-contractor bills as per BOQ and specifications.
3. Develop and maintain tracking logs for drawings, letters, reports, and all project-related documents.
4. Compile monthly progress reports, cost comparisons, and scheduling updates for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Prepare and review BOQs, including detailed descriptions, specifications, and estimated rate analysis.
6. Track vendor payments, manage budget vs. actual expenditure, and maintain cost control logs.
7. Verify vendor invoices before processing payments, and ensure daily documentation audits and compliance.
8. Maintain drawing revision logs and coordinate updates with design and construction teams.
9. Prepare monthly material reconciliation statements and ensure accurate record-keeping at site.
10. Assist in drafting work orders, reviewing bar bending schedules, and supporting senior managers in subcontractor coordination.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools
3. Strong understanding of BOQ, billing, and material reconciliation
4. Excellent communication and reporting skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
